A year of books! In March we were invited by Mary Virginia Swanson and Jon Evans, Chief of Hirsch Libraries & Archives to present our work at the Publish Your Photography Book panel at Fotofest in Houston with artists bookmakers, Keily Anderson Staley and Alejandro Cartegena. May found us at Milwaukee’s first Decisive Moment Book Fair. November began with the Staple + Stitch Book Fair, hosted by 21C Museum Hotel in Chicago and a Paris Photo Book Look hosted at our studio for the Milwaukee Art Museum Photography Council. To end the year, we were presenters at the Ettinger Book Lecture series at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
Our Feed book and junk food Trump card were featured in the Jewelry Speaks: The Jill Wine Banks Pin Collection exhibition at the Golda Meir Library, University of Wisonsin.
It is extremely gratifying when our work reaches a wider audience and contributes to
the critical focus on processed foods and health. It is even more exciting when our commissioned photograph is selected as one of Time’s Best Photos of 2024. Thanks to the visionary photo editors who collaborated with us from Time Magazine and the New York Times.
